The Defense is shut down and the verdicts are in as the case is over – except for the appeals. The prosecutors take a memorable trip to San Francisco where an unfortunate interaction with an appellate judge who undermines his own bright future.
Very good podcast. I enjoyed it. The only little issue I had was it was very hard to understand the reading of the verdicts. I’ll be looking forward to the next ones.

Yes, tunes originally copyrighted in the early 80’s, when I was an ADA in New York and would record on a small 4 track cassette machine at night. I’m hoping for a record deal next!
